14/02733/MJR - Plasdwr development proposal. An outline planning application to build up to 7,000 dwellings, 4 district centres and associated services on land between St Fagans, Waterhall and Radyr. Closing date 13th February.   

14/02188/MJR - Land to the South of Pentrebane Road. Redrow homes has submitted an application to build up to 290 dwellings, withh associated play area for children and open space.
